Shipping policy

Shipping is calculated by weight automatically with our system, you can also choose local pickup. Located in Pasadena, Tx.

Live By K Boutique, it's our goal to get your items to you as soon as possible! All orders will ship within 3-5 business days (unless the item is a pre-order, the date for pre-order items would be in the product description). Please note that we reserve the right to verify any order's payment method and it might cause a delay in processing your order. Once your order is shipped, you would receive a confirmation email and please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update. 

Please know that once your order has been handed off to the USPS or any carrier, we are no longer responsible for your package. If you have any questions about the location of your package while in transit, please contact the USPS at www.usps.com or call 1-800-ASK-USPS. Furthermore, we are not responsible for packages that have been marked "delivered" by the USPS. Please be sure you are shipping to a secure location. We also recommend checking with your family members and neighbors to make sure they did not receive it by mistake.

In addition, we cannot guarantee delivery times. There may be delays due to weather, holidays, etc. Listed below are estimates only.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

• Standard Shipping (By weight and area) - Your order should arrive within 6-10 business days. Insurance is not included.  
• Priority Shipping ($15 flat rate) - Your order should arrive within 2-3 business days. Includes insurance through USPS for up to $100.

We cannot be held responsible for USPS delays, and therefore we cannot issue refunds for any upgraded shipping fee paid by the customer. Please make sure to verify the shipping address, if your order is returned because of an incorrect address, you would be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend the order to you. If you placed and order and notice that there was a wrong address, please send an email to livebyk@gmail.com immediately so we can get it fixed for you, if we haven't shipped it out yet. 

Pick up 

Pick up orders are processed within 1-2 business days, once the item is ready for pickup you would receive an email to let you know your order is ready and location of where you can pick up. Items are monitored 24/7 but please make sure to let us know when you are planning to come by so we can set it out for you. We are located in Pasadena, TX 77503. Further instructions and information would be sent to you by email once your order is ready for pick up.
